ABOUT ME
I am a lawyer/barister specialized in Tax and Customs Law, working directly with senior management positions in medium and large multinational companies, assisting in executive decisions and supporting strategic decisions.
I work with companies from different segments and throughout the national territory, among which the following stand out: food, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, oil, civil construction, medical products and services, packaging, technology, transport, Trades and Logistics.
In May 2024, the book "Women in Tax Law", which I co-authored, will be launched, as a result of Editora Leader's "Women: The Power of a Mentorship" Project. 20 YEARS DEFENDING THE PRIVATE SECTOR
In a political and legal scenario of constant change, the legal support of companies – whether internal or outsourced – must prioritize a holistic view of the business, always acting with analytical, creative thinking, with an eye on productivity and result-oriented.
When it comes to taxation and dealing with public authorities in general, companies find themselves in a situation of latent legal uncertainty. At this point, it is essential to have professionals with knowledge and experience at your side, capable of acting not only in solving a problem, but effectively acting in defense of the company as a complex organism whose survival depends on competitiveness and positive results and quality.
The State/private relationship is historically complex and legally intricate. This demands solid knowledge about the subjects and responsible action that takes into account the best for the client. And that is how, for more than 15 years, acting in defense of the private sector in its public law relations, I have always focused on providing practical, innovative and efficient solutions, and bringing concrete financial results, reducing impositions and mitigating risks.
